Helpful tips for your search
- Keep Records
Keep notes and take a digital camera when you are looking at homes so you have pictures and note to refer to at a later date. When you start to narrow down the select ask for items such as utility costs, property taxes, etc. so you can get a complete picture of what the costs will be.
- Think Twice
As you start to narrow down, the homes go back and see each home at different times of the day and night, talk to neighbors that are out. This way you will have a better idea of the neighbors and surroundings.
